Lauren is absolutely amazing. She was extremely punctual, very helpful in choreographing our timelines for the day, and the sweetest person ever. Her photos are perfect and capture the beauty of candid moments. I looked through 300 portfolios of Indy area photographers before falling in love with Lauren’s Work. She is extremely reasonably priced. She stood outside in the rain with us all day during our wedding and never complained once and captured amazing pictures even when it was obvious that the weather was steaming up people’s glasses and I’m sure it was hard to adjust her camera settings constantly for different lighting and weather conditions. I highly recommend her!

My fiancé (now husband) and I each wrote down three things that were important to us. One of mine was the photographer. For me, I wanted someone that could capture the moments of the day in stunning ways. I scoured through photographers for days but I kept coming back to Lauren’s page. Obviously her photos are gorgeous but she’s also great at communicating. My husband and I aren’t great in front of the camera but Lauren made us feel comfortable and guided us to poses. She makes the photo shoots so much fun. She finds the best spots to take pictures! During my wedding, all my guests complimented us on how great she did. I reached out to Lauren under the suggestion of a co-worker who had recently hired her to shoot their wedding. The photos were SO beautiful I had to inquire. I should have known from the first messages we exchanged that this was going to be a great connection. I was looking for a photographer in Indiana who would be able to give us great engagement photos in an short amount of time, in order for us to get the invites out to people as we were having a short engagement and a destination wedding out in Estes Park, CO. The engagement session was fantastic and I left feeling so satisfied and secretly wishing I was long-time friends with this complete stranger I had just met. There is simply a way about her that is so inviting and genuine and HILARIOUS. More than anything I so wished that Lauren could have been our wedding photographer, but with our humble budget we had, we thought it best to hire a Colorado photographer. After about a week or two of simply drooling over the perfection of our engagement photos, I shot Lauren a quick message that started with “I’ve got a crazy idea… any way we could make you shooting our Colorado wedding a reality?” Her response was “I LOVE crazy ideas”, and before we knew it, Lauren was heading out to Estes Park, CO for our September wedding. I literally can’t say enough good things about Lauren Koleff. Her ability alone speaks volumes. The way she is able to capture special candid moments with beautiful natural lighting, produces breath-taking photos. I’m not saying 1 out of every 30 pictures is breath-taking… EVERY. SINGLE. PHOTO. has a unique artistic flare. As if her photos weren’t enough, her personality makes her the whole package. I couldn’t recommend a better professional. I hired a wedding photographer, but I left with a perfectly documented wedding day and a sweet new friendship.

WOW Lauren was worth every penny. We had Lauren take both our engagement pictures and wedding pictures. Besides the absolutely stunning photos (seriously, my friends were trying to get me to start a blog or post them to pinterest), Lauren edits every single photo from your sessions with her and puts them on a flash drive for you to have ALL of them. I didn’t even know that was a thing photographers did!? Lauren took the time to get to know both me and my (now) husband so that we felt natural and comfortable around her (and we really did!). She has a fun, light, flexible personality which is exactly what you want out of any vendor on your wedding day. She went above and beyond just being a photographer for us. She gave advice about timelines (that I’m SO glad we followed!) and even bustled my dress when there was no one else around. But obviously the main point here is that she does phenomenal work. I look back at our engagement pictures and wedding pictures and I feel all the things that I felt those days. Her pictures really allow you to remember moments that may have slipped from your memory in the most beautiful way possible. I LOVE my pictures, and so does everyone I know. I would more than highly recommend her. In my opinion, there is just no one in the area that rivals what she does. WE LOVE LAUREN

Lauren is a very skilled and experienced wedding photographer and that shows in every one of her photos. Lauren photographed both our engagement photos and our wedding and we love all of our photos. She was very professional and easy to work with and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. We didn’t feel like we were positioned artificially and she would give us tips or prompts to help us look natural in front of the camera. We allocated over 3 hours for photos on our wedding day with a first look and the results were magical. We received so many unique shots because we gave her time to be creative and we received so many compliments from friends and family. We hired Lauren because we knew she was an experienced wedding photographer with professional training and we trusted her to deliver amazing photos of our special day.
